Udi's IS A BIG HIT

As stated in the previous post, Hayden and I have tried Udi's gluten free bread. On Saturday, we purchased 2 loaves, the first one is gone!! He was so happy that he could have some bread that he ate the loaf. In addition to the Udi's bread, we purchased some other Gluten Free products that he has enjoyed. Life is normal for a kid with food allergies!!!

A great website that I've recently found through my friends on Facebook is Udi's Gluten Free Foods. If you are a rural resident and are having trouble finding gluten free foods for your children, Udi's has products available through their website that comes to you. The closest place in the Hillsboro, West Virginia area that carries Udi's is Good Energy Foods in Elkins (located on 3rd Street, Downtown).
